FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often should I water my trees?
Newly planted trees should be watered more often.  After planting, water every 2 -3 days for the first 2 weeks and then water twice a week until dormancy.  Soil should be kept moist but not saturated.  Additional watering may be needed in times of severe drought.

What if I'm not in the marked delivery area?
If you are not in the marked delivery area, send us a message and we'll see if we can put something together.

When should I fertilize my trees?
Newly planted trees should not be fertilized until roots are established.  Ideal times to fertilize trees are late April/early May and late fall when trees have gone dormant.  Using root stimulator is generally okay.

Do you offer any type of warranty?
In order to keep our prices as affordable as possible, we currently do not offer any warranty on our trees.  There are many factors that go into keeping a tree alive (weather, planting practice, upkeep, etc.)  That being said, if there are any issues you can reach out to us and we'll work with you on a solution.

Is there a bulk discount?
We offer bulk discount on trees sized in the 5 gallon and under pots.  You'll receive 3% off every 25 trees.  This discount maxes out at 100 trees or 12%

When is the best time to plant my trees?
Trees should be planted in the early spring (late March - May) after the ground has thawed and the early fall (late September - early November) after it has cooled down.  We recommend trying to avoid planting in the heat of the summer during June, July and August.
